Behind the scenes of the Bon Secours Mercy Health brand anthem video, our goal was to bring their new brand guidelines to life—leaning into a bright, vibrant visual identity with a strong, employee-led focus. We wanted the video to feel energized and authentic, capturing how employees across various divisions truly make the most of their roles within the organization. To achieve this, we approached each shoot day with intentionality—utilizing natural and motivated lighting to create a clean, uplifting look, dynamic camera movement to keep scenes feeling active and personal, and a polished, modern edit that mirrored the updated brand tone. From framing to color, every creative choice was made to highlight the people behind the brand and reflect the fresh, forward-thinking spirit of the organization.
